Refund policy

Cancellation within 24 hours of payment: If you need to cancel your order within 48 hours of making payment, you are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation after 24 hours but before production begins: If your order is canceled after the 48-hour window but before production starts, we can offer a refund minus a 30% processing and administrative fee.

Refunds after production has begun: Unfortunately, once production has started, we cannot offer a refund due to the bespoke nature of the garment.
